True Nature is a workshop that I ran in person at a Mens Wellbeing retreat on the 2nd May 2025. The recording is live, yet I have edited out 'shares' for privacy reasons.

The intent of this class is to explain the multiple aspects of our reality in this incarnation....

A physical being who is the sum of the Ancestral lines of the Mother and the Father, connected through all space and time with our ancestors and our many incarnations in past (and future) lives.

Born of the Earth, yet descended from Star seed we are essentially connected to our True Nature that is beyond time and space - a spiritual being connected to all that is.

In this series I use the terms "true nature" and "essential nature" interchangeably.
