In this week's meditation we look at the importance of maintaining presence in a zone between 'wide awake' and 'drifting into sleep'... the fine edge where we are in tune with the Spirit world. We then enact a re-calibration of our DNA to facilitate optimal health and balance.

In this mediation, we focused on the relevance of the five essential Elements. Balancing FIRE & WATER - representative of our ancestral lines and EARTH & AIR - our connection between Spirit and the Physical. We then deepened our presence by focusing on heart energy to connect with the spark of eternal essence within - the element of ETHER (the interconnectedness to all things in all time & space)
